With nearly two decades of experience, I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping adults navigate anxiety, unresolved trauma, burnout, and life transitions.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to keep moving forward while quietly struggling inside. My goal is to help you find a sense of inner calm, safety, and confidence, so you can feel more connected to yourself and your life again.
